Do you have the desire to give kids the tools they need to embrace joy and build resilience, regardless of their circumstances?
Join us for this comprehensive certification program for teaching yoga and mindfulness to children and youth — ages 3 to 18.
Kids need skills to help them thrive in the world and navigate the many challenges they face. Yoga and mindfulness practices provide them with practical ways to increase self-awareness and access their inner resources — all while having fun!
A growing body of research highlights the profound benefits of yoga and mindfulness for children. Little Flower Yoga has worked with more than 100,00 kids since 2006, and its teaching is research-based, developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive and trauma-informed.


Through an innovative combination of in-person and online workshops as well as one-on-one mentorship (optional), you will:

• Discover how yoga and mindfulness can support effective integration and function of brain, body and nervous system
• Learn a clear, structured framework, based on our five element methodology, that will allow you to teach an integrated experience of yoga and mindfulness in any setting
• Explore the challenges of teaching in school environments, studios, and community spaces
• Get practical information about how to set up new classes and navigate relationships with schools

• Learn compassionate behavior management skills
• Learn to teach from a trauma-sensitive perspective
• Start or deepen your own yoga and mindfulness practice
• Receive ongoing support as you build your career

This course is open to all who work with children on a professional or personal basis, including (but not limited to) yoga teachers; parents; teachers; school staff members; therapists; health professionals; and social workers.

Life After Death – An Existential Question

The vast majority of mankind are occupied by the question of Life After Death more than once in their lifetimes. Most human beings perceive that life and our existence do not cease upon the death of our physical body and the brain.

In an increasingly materialistic world that we live in today, many struggle to delve deeper, to find satisfying answers and conviction.

Sebastian Amling will portray a personal experience on the central theme, explaining the natural happenings of dying & death and what awaits us thereafter, in the "Beyond". He addresses the questions and will present Readings of what it means to "die", what is death and what determines that which awaits us after passing away from the earthly.
Lastly, Mr Amling will describe how can we foresee and even influence what we will experience in the Hereafter.

A Reading on these questions & theme with excerpts from the Grail Message - "In The Light Of Truth" will follow. A question & answer session with general discussion will conclude the evening.

Speaker: Sebastian Amling
Sebastian Amling regularly travels to various countries globally, due to his ongoing international duties & tasks. He holds philosophy talks, lectures and round-tables. Mr. Amling addresses subjects crucial to our understanding of why we exist and why we are here. Spirituality and our origins, the purpose and meaning of life. How to find and recognise Truth and the “how & why” we live after death. These are key questions for every human being.

A former Lufthansa International pilot, Mr. Amling engaged with and observed many peoples, cultures & societies over a number of years. He himself was driven by such questions, which eventually led him through his personal journey of Seeking and to eventually discover The Grail Message.

From the individual to the philosophers to the religious to the intellectuals and more, we think of Truth, discuss it, seek to perceive and comprehend it, intuitively perceive it, analyse it and use, apply or avoid it.
In as many gradations and variations as there are people... What significance then does Truth have for us, why, to which purpose and how should the individual go about seeking & finding it?
In this MeetUp I would like to invite you to bring your earnest discussion, your questions, an open mind, a readiness to express your deeper thoughts and perceptions on this theme, and be prepared for a relaxed forum.
As an example of a work that addresses these questions, we will consider some excerpts on the subject of The Search for Truth, from The Grail Message, In The Light of Truth. Discussion will naturally not be limited to these examples. (www.grailmessage.com)
Although the timeslot allocated is initially set at 90 minutes, this roundtable discussion can go well beyond that for those wishing to continue.
We will provide teas/coffee (good...)/mineral waters and some finger-food to sustain our stamina...

​The Search For Truth. Where Can We Find It?
Where do we come from?  Why are we here? And why is this happening to me? How do I know something is Truth?
 
Burning questions of life repeatedly arise in many people’s minds, to which they haven’t yet found truly satisfying answers. This urge to find answers is an inner process in humans, which can also be described as “Seeking”.

How can we know if an answer that we have found really is the Truth? What actually is Truth, and why is it worth searching for?

This lecture describes, in an introductory session, the speaker’s own search for answers to the fundamental questions of life and how the book “In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message” by Abd-ru-shin, has been of such great help to him. This work consists of 168 single lectures building progressively on one another’s content, which are compiled in three volumes and offer conclusive answers to the earnest seeker. After the introductory session, the lecture ends with a reading from the Grail Message.

• The Search for Truth meetups are for those seeking to further their understanding of the fundamental questions of the meaning & purpose of Life, the "why are we here" and "where does all this lead" questions. Join us to engage on these themes in a relaxed atmosphere and delve new perspectives.
  "What then, is Truth? Why is it worth searching for?"
