Agrimony General: Put on a cheerful face to hide problems.
What kids say: I`m always looking for friends. I pretend to be very happy, but then I bite my fingernails or eat snack foods in secret. Maybe I don`t feel truly accepted, so I play the part of the clown.
Positive Agrimony: I am at peace with myself. I show others who I really am. I am honest with myself and others. I hold on and resist when I am in conflict.
Aspen General: Have unexplained fears and worries, are nervous and anxious.
What kids say: I have these strange fears- night-time, darkness, death. It´s hard for me to fall asleep and sometimes I have terrible nightmares. I feel anxious and I don´t know why.
Positive Aspen: I have all the courage I need. I open myself to the experience of life. I confront the future with inner strength. I know that my world is a safe place. I am ready for fun and adventure.
Beech General: Are critical and intolerant of others.
What kids say: The other children say I`m a pain in the neck. Well, I`m a little critical, but I take things seriously and I wish that all the others were like me. It´s true: I`m not tolerant. I always see the errors of others, so they avoid me!

How to take the Bach Flower remedies:
- Dilute two drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals. Refill the glass as often as you need.
- For long term use, take four drops, a minimum of four times a day.
- If necessary, the Bach Flower remedies can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.
How often or for how long you take the Bach Flower remedies depends on your child. If the mood is just fleeting or the child is just in a bit of a crisis you may only need one dose, but if the child has been feeling the same for some time, it can take the chosen remedy or remedies for as long as you need to.
